Police presence in the area west of Loveland looking for a police K9. Residents in the area of County Road 12 north to County Road 20 and County Road 21 west to County Road 29 are asked to be on the lookout for a light tan Shepherd-Malinois police K9. If you see the animal, please call the Larimer County Sheriff’s Office at 970-416-1985 or the Longmont Police Department at 303-651-8501. Do not approach or run from the animal. Do not call 9-1-1 unless you have an emergency. We will send a follow up message when the situation is resolved.
