The National Weather Service in Denver has issued a Flash Flood Warning for The Cameron Peak burn scar in Larimer County until 8: 15 PM. Additional locations include Masonville, Moondance Way, Stringtown Gulch, Big Bear, Lower Buckhorn on County Road 27 above Masonville and Storm Mountain.

Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Excessive rainfall over the warning area will cause mud slides near
steep terrain. The mud slide can consist of rock, mud, vegetation and other loose materials.

Move to higher ground now. Act quickly to protect your life.
